Vision
We offer three Vision plans through Anthem Blue Cross and Vision Service Plan (VSP). Through Anthem, employees have the option of selecting between the Anthem Blue View Vision Plan and the Voluntary Blue View Vision Plan. The Voluntary Plan is 100% paid for by the employee through a payroll deduction. Employers can also offer the VSP plan for their vision benefit.

All plans include an in-network eye exam every 12 months, a frame allowance every 24 months, and lenses every 12 months. Benefits are much lower if you go to out-of-network providers, so visit the Anthem and VSP websites to find participating doctors and eyewear providers.
